Avanti Advanced Manufacturing manufactures PPVC modules and bathroom pods using this method.

G+12 residential tower — pods from the sixth floor up

A G+12 tower was facing on-site bathroom quality problems and programme slippage. Traditional bathrooms were substituted with pods after the fifth structural slab had already been cast. Floors six to twelve were delivered as pods with no redesign of apartment layouts, no structural change, no re-approval and no delay to the critical path.
