Avanti Property Development is the real estate development division of Avanti Holding. It master-plans and delivers communities, residential and mixed-use destinations, commercial assets, industrial and logistics parks and supporting infrastructure.

Avanti Hospitality is the hospitality division of Avanti Holding. It develops and operates hotels, resorts and destination concepts, and is the division under which the group's food and beverage outlets and brands sit.
